Сигурни сме дека повеќето од вас кои вежбаат, консумираат и протеински шејкови пред, во текот и по завршување на тренингот.

Многумина сметаат дека протеинските шејкови се неопходни доколку сакате побрз и подобар раст на мускулите, но фитнес тренерот и нутриционист Макс Ловери смета дека шејковите се потполно непотребни и дека треба да се консумираат само во одредени ситуации.

EXERCISE MYTH: YOU NEED TO DO CRUNCHES FOR A 6 PACK • Yes, you heard right: Countless stomach crunches won’t necessarily get you ripped! • The biggest factor in getting a six-pack is having a low-enough body-fat percentage so that you can actually see your abs. Everyone has abdominal muscles, but if you have a layer of fat above them, you will never see them. • The only way to decrease body fat is to make changes to your diet. Once your body-fat percentage is low enough, whilst crunches and sit-ups may serve a purpose for activating your abdominal region, they are not very good for hypertrophy. • To build your abdominal muscles, you must train them the same way you would any other muscle. Start to add some weight to the mix, and use compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and pull-ups that take a lot of abdominal activation.

“На возрасен човек кој не тренира, потребни му се околу 60-75 грама протеини дневно, а кај мажите кои тренираат, таа доза треба благо да се зголеми, но во секој случај, количината на протеини кои треба да ги внесете можете лесно да ги добиете од основната храна која ја јадете. Сметам дека протеините треба да ги внесете од храната и дека тоа е најдобриот и најприродниот начин. Не сметам дека протеинските шејкови се нездрави, туку дека се непотребни и дека создаваат голем трошок. Суплементите им ги препорачувам само на лицата кои се вегани и кои имаат лоша исхрана, па немаат можност во текот на денот да внесат доволно протеини”, изјавил Макс кој објаснил зошто тој не консумира суплементски протеини.

Тој не смета дека секој би требало да јаде само два оброци дневно бидејќи секој од нас има различни потреби, но важно е да научите да го слушате своето тело и да му го пружите потребното во доволна количина.
